I have had several vegan pizzas and this one is by far the absolute best! called and placed my order and the lady was so nice and accommodating to let me know the options they currently had at the moment as far as drinks and desserts. I will definitely be coming back as long as they are open. This “in house” mozzarella is something you really won’t find somewhere else. The Oreo cake, amazing. It’s definitely comfort food that I can’t enjoy all the time but when I want to treat myself I know where to go

Really lovely spot. Beautiful light, communal tables, and delicious food. The kitchen had a lot of orders but the service was lovely as they communicated there might be a little wait. food was so good, I highly recommend the greens. The black eyed pea burger was well seasoned and not dry like bean burgers sometimes are. Vegan cuisine can sometimes get stuck in the rut of the same few dishes or can be dominated by artificial substitutes, but not Majani. They offer unique dishes and a lot of real ingredients. Where has this been all my life?! I’m vegan and my favorite cuisine is Thai, so I no joke almost cried of happiness when I discovered this place doing errands in the area. And the food did not fall short of expectations! Where else can you find vegan Thai tea, Vietnamese iced coffee, and summer rolls (without going to three different places). When I went vegan a few years ago I was worried I wouldn’t be able to enjoy good Thai food anymore, boy did this place prove me wrong. Vegan or not, their Thai food is delicious. Fresh, flavorful, and generous portion sizes. I could eat their green or red curry on the DAILY. I usually shy away from vegan chicken but theirs is super delicious, and my sister who eats meat got their “shrimp” and really enjoyed it. They have an awesome lunch AND dinner special which comes with delicious spring rolls and a side salad with this amazing tangy ranch-y dressing (that I wish I could buy by the bottle). Went here on advice from a friend for dinner one night. My girlfriend and I got the nachos, black bean maduro, and the Nashville hot “chicken”. We obviously ordered way too much food for the two of us, but we wanted to give a few things a try. The nachos are awesome, so make sure you give that a try. My Nashville “chicken” was also very good, it was quite spicy but had a lot of flavor. My girlfriend also liked the black bean maduro.

Wow, I’ll admit I wasn’t sure what to expect with vegan Mexican food, but this place blew my mind. It was refreshing to have Mexican food that wasn’t dripping oil/grease. This place is definitely a great alternative to fast food! I have been entertaining cutting meat out of my diet. This is definitely the perfect place for a vegetarian or vegan that wants to not have to ask Mcdonald’s to separate their fries from the meat or ask a hole in the wall to separate they’re vegan meal from their other meat products. Everything is Vegan and fabulous. So many options to choose from, and each dish was unique, flavorful and beautiful on the plate. Wasn’t sure if dining vegan would be satisfying, and worth the price. I was happily surprised, I loved every dish, we were all very satisfied. The price was what you would expect for a restaurant downtown with a view in a swanky store. May not be a weekly option but definitely worthwhile when enjoying Chicago’s downtown science yo stop in for lunch or just some coffee and desserts.

The name alone should give you a clue that this is a plant-based restaurant & that is exactly what it is. With its fresh, local, plant-based & fun menu, it checks most boxes for me. And on this particular evening (it was a Monday) they had live blues music. Playing every Monday, it’s a “band” but not a band. Think jam session with a group of seriously talented musicians looking to hang out until their regular gigs start up again.

I came in with my boyfriend not knowing that this place was vegan. Actually we didn’t even realize it until after we sat down.the staff was super friendly, however I was astounded by the price of our meal…. Well needless to say that was money well spent. Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. AND IT WAS VEGAN TOO! The staff was super friendly too, I said thanks and they all said “you’re welcome” in unison. Way to make a guy feel welcome
