Nice decor, high energy, inside & outside dining. Several of us, all had different items. Food was okay. Wait staff nice, but restaurant struggled a bit with orders, but not unusual these days. Would come back & try again though as looks like a fun place to hang with friends, sit at bar & enjoy their different beers

Went to Carlucci’s for a work meeting and dinner. Great ambience, fine wines and duck selection, friendly staff and service. For our dinner, we were served various pizzas for the first course, salad for the second, pasta for the third, a choice of fish/chicken/steak for the fourth/main course and tiramasu for the fifth/ dessert course. I love that the chicken tenders are like actual fried chicken and not processed batter. The mac and cheese comes in a small skillet and it is EXTRA cheesy and delicious!!! The portions are descent. As for the brisket nachos…not too impressed. They had a very small portion of brisket on top of the nachos for the the price. Our waitress, Noel was the best!! She was really kind and hospitable!!! My first time here for lunch and all I can say is wow. Service was top notch by Toby and David. Despite having a large event, they were very attentive and made us feel like we were the only table there. Everything we had was fresh and full of flavor. Had the linguini with clams in white sauce and it was so flavorful down to every single strand of linguini. Cocktails and appetizers were great. Absolutely recommend the Tiramisu, even if you don’t have room for it! Fine dining prices but worth it for special occasions or if you just don’t mind paying up for some really good food

I really have no business in this place because of my food allergies but went there with co-workers. Ambiance was nice, low light, relatively quiet despite patrons being present. Our server was very attentive. I wish I could comment on the main course but all I had were spinach and mushrooms, which were tasty. The rest of our party inhaled their steaks and I heard no complaints so I have to assume they were delicious!

We went to a private function and were very pleasantly surprised. Considering it was a large group the food was really good. Sadly like most restaurants they were slightly understaffed but that’s to be expected. We also went on a Thursday and there was live music going on in the outdoor patio space, really cool

I had a fabulous salad with chicken and avocado and fruit and nuts. The rest of my family had beef and sausage sandwiches. The large size sandwiches are huge and we initially expected to take some home. They ended up eating every bit of them. We were all happy. One of the staff came over to check to make sure that we had everything. You can order ahead if you like and they have takeout. We ate inside the restaurant and it was not crowded at all. We had not eaten in one of these restaurants in a long time We were pleased and will be back

Outstanding customer service. More than 5 stars. Left my cash and credit cards at home . The clerk was kind and it gets better the man who came over to assist me was perfect. They treated me with compassion. I didn’t feel like I was a problem. The issue was resolved after 10min or longer but they took one customer at a time the effort for a positive experience was on the agenda.

Frankly, one of the best Taco Bell locations I have ever been to! It does get busy late-night sometimes, but trust me they try super hard to diminish drive-thru lines quickly with accuracy and efficiency as the core of their service! The crew members here are super nice, polite and show great attention to details! I was served hot, fresh and accurate food in a timely manner at the drive-thru! The girl who served me and the one who prepared my order!! Thank you very much for making my experience at this Taco Bell a vivid and memorable one!! I should definitely say this! Other restaurants should learn how a customer should be treated from the crew members that are working here! Definitely will eat here the next time I visit Rosemont
