River Roast restaurant Good location with good views of Michigan Avenue and the water tower. Food was quite good, if a bit overpriced. Definitely recommend getting the lobster beignets – maybe two orders.

Perfect Wednesday morning breakfast. Not many diners and plenty of space between tables. Great service and amazing Benedict. Will come back when it’s warm enough to dine outside on their terrace!
I’m currently here now for brunch… and am VERY impressed. My husband and I just finished our appetizers which were the lobster bignets and the lobster sushi roll. Paired with a nice champagne it was amazing. We ordered the steak and eggs and the eggs Benedict which should be here soon and I don’t even need to finish them before knowing they will be just as great as the appetizers. We will absolutely be back. Also, gorgeous views of downtown Chicago!! Very happy birthday girl right here 🙂

We went here for a night out and the whole experience was amazing. The lobster beignets we’re amazing and my sushi was excellent. However my wife’s steak and potatoes stole the show. The cocktails were meh, but that’s a small price to pay for such amazing food
Beautiful patio with an amazing view! Great variety of food – is a French restaurant but they also have sushi (?) and it’s delicious! We went for brunch. I had the NoMI Benedict as well as the Lobster Beignet. Both were quite tasty. I also tried a bit of the avocado toast and loved it. Will certainly go back for a different meal!

The food was amazing and so was the view was awesome. Great experience overall. We had cocktails by the glass windows and you get the view of the art gallery which is just beautiful
One of my favorite place with the Peninsula for brunch, lunch or diner in Chicago. I go twice per month as minimum. I like the front window or the roof top, service is just nice and clean. Meals as well as bites from the starters to desert including bread are very good and creative! Pictures below were taken during my bday for breakfast

Sat on terrace for brunch and so glad this place is open again. The chairs were distanced and everything clean. The food and drinks were delicious and came out quickly. Our servers were lovely and attentive. Looking forward to going back this summer.
