Love the outdoor patio. Feels like a small oasis from city life. Burger was great. Chicken Milanese was ok, but nothing noteworthy. Staff was very friendly.

I come about once a month with lady friends and this is our spot. This is the place if you want consistent upscale American food and drinks and fabulous service.

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu but a few personal favorites are the gazpacho (when in season. I look forward to it all year), the lobster bisque, chopped salad, burger (a classic) with fries of course, and the fish of the day is always so fresh. Come for the food, stay for the service and ambience

I mean what can I say! RL is first class in everything regarding service. First class service, first class food, and an incredible location. Highly recommend if you visit Chicago. It is pricey! But what a classy experience

Excellent upscale restaurant. Discovered RL a year ago when the also excellent Bandera restaurant I was going to was closed early because of riot precautions. Since RL was in a department store, it far far exceeded my expectations. Excellent service too. Truly delicious dinner. Highly recommended

Great experience on the patio, had one of the better old fashioneds I’ve had in the city, lobster roll, and one of the best veggie burgers I’ve had out. Loved the service and ambiance. Pricey but I’ll worth it, I’ll be back for sure.
