Great, healthy food! My vegan daughter had a smoothie and I, as a food sensitive person, had a grain bowl that we altered to fit my diet. Can’t wait to go back for the Sunbutter sandwich

Left Coast was really tasty! Decided to go here because I wanted a healthier option for lunch. I got the “CALIFORNIA LOVE” wrap which has chicken breast, black beans, brown rice, romaine, red onion, roasted tomato salsa, avocado, tahini-yogurt, whole grain wrap. I loved this wrap! It was great! It is on a bed of salad also which I loved! I also split with my friend a “ROBUST ROSA” salad which had kale, spinach, roasted broccoli, red onion, roasted tomato, toasted hemp seeds, avocado caesar dressing. It was tasty. The hemp seeds add an extra element to the salad. The prices are a little high but it was good the food

The food is good and it is prepared quickly, and nice people work there. However all of the food and drinks are served in disposable containers, regardless of whether you are picking up or dining in. Plastic cups and lids, Saran Wrap, plastic forks and knives, and cardboard bowls that cannot be composted
I think it is pretty irresponsible to be serving so much single use plastic without even a recycling bin inside or outside the restaurant. Because of this, I will not be coming to the restaurant again. I encourage the owners of Left Coast to consider the environmental impact of their business. Invest in a dishwasher, subscribe to a compost service, or at the very least add a recycling bin. Do better

I stopped by for breakfast and had the Hermosa Avocado Toast and a coffee
The avo toast was delicious, a bit on the pricey side at $11.50 – very tasty none the less
I’ve also had a couple of their sandwiches on the last as well, also very tasty and well prepared
Definitely recommend
