Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse Great service Cocktails were fantastic Everything was nice. The steaks were well sourced and tasty. Not a huge fan of the char on the steaks but next time if I ever come back I’ll request it toned down

I was impressed by how good the service was. The steak itself was good, but not incredible. The medium rare bone in rib-eye meat had a slight chew to it and was also slightly under-spiced. I felt the same way about the sides… they were normal sides. Everything was good, although nothing stood out as noteworthy

I went yesterday for the first time to what I was told is the best steak house in Chicago. My table had absolutely perfect service and was attended to very carefully and intentionally.

If you’re not the biggest fan of steak Gibson’s still has some outstanding menu items for you. I recently their ribs and loved it. Gibson’s ribs are made with a dry rub with a sauce in the side. I never used the sauce. Their fries are some of the best you will have. I have also had their Yellow Perch, cheeseburger and sliders. All very good

The service at Gibsons was outstanding! We will definitely go back. Thank you Joe for your awesome and kind services and the other who also helped assist at our table he had us laughing. The food and the deserts were delicious! Everyone was very kind and professional. It was an honor celebrating our birthday weekend and 1st year wedding anniversary at the legendary Gibsons Steak House. P.s. the cosmopolitans were great and I look forward to tasting other drinks on the menu

This place…was delicious 😋 It was a little crowded though. Waiters were moving each other out of the way and the tables were tight. Tightly packed. Other then that the elotes y asparagus were really good. My steak was cooked to perfection. I got it medium rare
