Wanted to switch it up and eat something I don’t eat often. Scratched off a lot of the typical stuff I eat and decided on Filipino food. Most importantly the household favorite Adobo Chicken. Kubo was the closest one to me so I rushed down there
I had no idea what to expect. Traditional Filipino food??? Absolutely amazing food and service. I ordered Sisig and it was delicious. I tried my friends pork chop and was surprised by the amount of flavor in the food. 100% going back and so looking forward to it.

Cebu has been on my list for a while and I wasn’t disappointed when I finally made it there. The food was great and was in large portions. The patio is very cozy and the team was friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed the crazy fries, veggie fried rice and empanadas
We had an amazing time, staff is the best and nicest. Food is great representation of Filipino food, it reminds of “Mesa” restaurant in the Philippines. The drinks are amazing and my non Filipino friends enjoyed the food. Keep up the great work

Every time we travel, we always look up for Filipino restaurants to try. We chose SUBO because it has 4.6 stars. The sinigang was great. We were a little disappointed with the pancit noodles and adobo. They were salty. They also made a mistake with our order. My husband was excited to try Filipino chicken curry but we were given kare kare. We only realized it when we got back to the hotel

My first time ever having Filipino food and wow. I highly recommend you get the “Choose any two” meal and get both the longanisa and the tocino. For only $2 more you get so much more meat and trust me, you want more. Moreover, the garlic rice that they serve the dish with is to die for. If I could, I’d buy a whole tub to take home

Not having been here for some months, I came on Saturday Feb 29 and was surprised to see the changes. The aisles for groceries were completely gone, there were just some products for sale along 2 adjacent walls, fresh/frozen fish was still being sold, and there was a table of packaged bakery goods. It seemed the focus was more on the delicious cooked foods that people are always coming in for. I also noticed that they now have a barista preparing Filipino-sourced coffee drinks behind the counter of freshly prepared baked goods. I tried a mocha and i loved it! They also had someone preparing fresh tacos that day, which i tried a steak taco & 2 chicken tacos. It was pretty good! I’m excited for these new food-related changes and i really hope more people discover all that Uni-mart has to offer

Spend a lot for 5 items because the pictures looked good, but sadly the pancit canton was not tasty, very bland. Lumpia size is way too small. The combosilog was the only thing that was worth ordering. The halo halo was plain, NO UBE! Missing item: White steam rice. Will not order from this place again. Very disappointed

We ate here today and the food was delicious. The best part though was the warm hospitality of everyone working there. They gave great suggestions to my in-laws who are not as familiar with Filipino food. Just a very friendly and welcoming place to go for lunch. We will definitely be back

AMAZING experience! Food was amazingly priced for such great food. Haven’t seen such good food in years! In fact, I think it’s the best fillipino food I’ve ever had. Bathroom wasn’t the best, but to cancel that out, the staff is REALLY nice. Has good music, and the staff plays you “happy birthday” on their piano if it’s well… You guessed it… You’re birthday. You can also free-play on the piano if you can play piano, if you would like (kids are not allowed to play piano 😐) if you’re lucky, a worker will approach you (most likely if you have a child with you) with a magic trick! Their trick(s) are great, and is totally worth the long wait. (The wait may be because the day I came it was a Saturday.) Great stuff!
