Coalfire resturant Great simple thin crust pizza no fuss. My only complaint was the caprese salad we ordered was back luster and i am pretty sure the “heirloom” tomatoes where not in fact heirloom

The whipped ricotta and pepperoni pizza is amazing! We were starving and the pizza arrived so quickly it was like they were just waiting for us! The staff was incredibly friendly and gave us such a warm welcome for our first night in Chicago!

Certainly one of our favorite pizza places in Chicago! The atmosphere is pretty unpretentious, but the pizzas are unbelievably good! Special shout out to the whipped ricotta and pepperoni one!

Pizza is a 5 star true italian style pizza. The place itself is kinda dingy and dark, its nice in the day time but never great at night. Hard to rate 5 but I’ve got nothing bad to say about an experience that was negative.
Because of how these pizzas are cooked they are much better tasting eaten right out of the oven at the restaurant.
Compared to other options of this choice in the west loop/west town/wicker park area this is the best pizza of the variety but maybe not where you want to entertain guests.
