Today a big group of us walked in around lunch time, first time ever eating at brown bag let me tell you the food was amazing and the staff was phenomenal thank you Billie and Sergio and the whole staff, we will definitely be back

The good: The seafood that comes with your combo is right up there with pricey restaurant offerings. They have a daily catch, and our perch was a phenomenal pairing with the power box. It was cooked to perfection, tender, and had a nice griddle to it. There was a nice amount and balance of grains and spinach, and the lemon vinaigrette is a great touch. They also have daily specials for the menu, like free ice cream on Sundays or free delivery on Tuesdays, which is quite the perk

Given the location and consistent menu, I always know exactly what I’m getting here. The food is good, and the kids like it, and we love sitting outside when the weather is nice. Ingredients are fresh, portions are good, prices are fair, but unfortunately (and I say this as respectfully as possible) the food at every Brown Bag Seafood Co. is just “okay”. I’m never disappointed, but none of the flavors in any of their dishes really impressed me either. I don’t expect to be “wowed” by most restaurants, but because there isn’t one thing that they do which makes me crave it, it’s just not high up on my list of go-to places when other options exist

We went for lunch this past Friday and it was a great experience. Our waiter was Bo and she was fantastic! She was very helpful with suggestions and made our dining experience very enjoyable. We felt like old friends by the time we left. Thank you Bo for everything you did to make our visit memorable. Recommend to all

We have gotten take out repeatedly here over past 6 months when kids want fish tacos and tuna on greens, it’s consistent and great! My less one star is that it costs our family a lot of money to get a one taco each and tuna on greens compared to other restaurants. We also recently got the curry fish cakes excited for a new option and they were so salty there were truly inedible…but we loved that they had curry and salmon/white fish cakes so I could only hope that they are usually not so salty because the concept is great.

Got tacos, lousiana tang cole slaw, and a draft beer. Wasn’t that impressed by the tacos. The sauce was pretty bland and no options given to jazz it up. Pretty heavy on slaw and light on fish, too. Fish itself was fine, it was catch of the day so I’ve forgotten what it was.
