I don’t know if there’s a better restaurant in Chicago. El ideas is always an excellent experience. The menu is phenomenal, the service and attention to detail feel like you’re at a friend’s home. Went to The Publican for a brunch with friends, I liked the location of this place. We made a reservation a day before and they charge $15/person for reservations. It has a lovely ambience and awesome staff. We got their coffee which was good. The waffles were very much okay but the jam is amazing The Publican scramble was really good with a very difficult combination of cauliflower and eggs – do try it

This is one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile and I will be thinking about it for some time to come! Don’t sleep on the cocktails either, they are phenomenal. Not a single dish was a miss and the carrots, cabbage, and the entire Salatim course particularly stood out. Do yourself a favor

Steak 48 restaurant is definitely one of the better steakhouses in a city inundated with steakhouses. I love the ambience, the service, the menu, the wine list, and the food is delicious. The steak was prepared well (though just a little bit too much of a char) and I loved the brussels and the rolls. Get in your best threads, make a res here, and let them take care of you

Had two cocktails – can’t remember which ones even but they were both really delicious. The restaurant itself was pretty quiet and dimly lit – all the staff were really friendly

This is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time! We had wonderful service and our server made amazing recommendations! Drinks, food, atmosphere were all perfect! Our server even brought us out complementary drinks at the end!:) Great place for a date night, or fun night out with friends! No outdoor seating, but the tables were very spread out and I felt very safe dining inside the restaurant. Wish I took more picture of our food, but I only took some of the dessert:(Espresso Tres Leches & Pastel de elote) Will definitely be back regularly

It started raining on the patio and the staff was kind enough to help us relocate inside. There were multiple bar seats available which had full service and access to the entire menu. Our bartender was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks and explained how they make the Hot Irish Coffee. We are family style- sharing the Fingerling Potatoes, Blueberry Muffin in an Iron Skillet, and Lobster & Waffles. It was a perfect amount of food! I particularly enjoyed the crystal honey sauce in the Lobster and the lemon curd on the Blueberry Muffin. Would recommend anyone to brunch here for the ambiance, service, and eats

Came here with a group of friends for the Alligator “Whole Animal Experience” along with the pork, beef short ribs, chicken, mac & cheese which was amazing af, jambalaya & mixed veggies. Everything was wonderful from the food to the service. They have a great selection of bourbon as well for avid fans. We had a great time and will definitely be back

Great place for a date, there is live entertainment and the food portions are pretty good. I had the grilled octopus and it was filling. Also had the mango basil margarita and the sabor a tango cocktail and both were very good. Will definitely return

Roanoke is the perfect spot for a delicious dinner out downtown! We went on Ladies’ Night which was an absolute blast! They had a fun DJ who kept the atmosphere hype and fun! They even do weekly giveaways at the end with great prizes. The food was absolutely incredible. We shared the cheese curds which were so yummy and I had the seared scallops. I love scallops and these are some of my favorite! I also added a side of Brussel sprouts to share which are a must
